Information:

Prices do not include local tax € 2.60 per person/day from the age of 15.
A deposit of €100 per apartment must be paid upon arrival when the keys are handed over.
Included: Bed linen, towels, WiFi, garage, ski room with boot heater, change of towels once a week for stays of 7 nights.
Check-in: from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Check-out: until 9 a.m.
Earlier arrival or later departure possible on request!

Please note that parties, loud music, and visits from friends are not permitted in our house! Quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. must be observed.
In summer, the Free Mountain Card is included in the price. Free lift ticket for the Isskogelbahn and Königsleiten.

Cancellation conditions:

We ask for your understanding that we have to charge 100 % of the apartment price in the event of early departure or late arrival.

Please note that a processing fee of € 30 will be charged for cancellations made within the specified period.

up to 14 days before arrival 100 %
